Customers may be asked to provide supporting image/s or video, in case of wrong products received. Our team will verify the requests made by the customer within 24 (twenty-four) business hours from the time of receipt of the complaint. Once the claim is verified as genuine and reasonable, mapleherbs.com will facilitate prepaid return pickup for the wrong product delivered. Please ensure, however, that the product is sealed and the tags, boxes and other packaging is intact, before handing over the incorrect item to our return pickup executive.
