We take care of your concerns while you order at mapleherbs.com- you are requested to immediately get in touch with us, if you have received wrong or damaged products. All discrepancies must be reported to us within 2 days (48 hours) of the delivery of the order.

Our team will verify the requests made by the customer within 24 (twenty-four) business hours from the time of receipt of the complaint. Once the claim is verified as genuine and reasonable, mapleherbs.com will facilitate prepaid return pickup for the wrong product delivered. Please ensure, however, that the product is sealed and the tags, boxes and other packaging is intact, before handing over the incorrect item to our return pickup executive.
