Please ensure, however, that the product is sealed and the tags, boxes and other packaging is intact, before handing over the incorrect item to our return pickup executive.

Individual needs may vary. Start out with approximately a half-teaspoon (1 g) daily and gradually increase to 2 teaspoons (4 g). For best results, divide the daily amount into 2 or 3 portions per day, taken with or without food.
Place powder in a glass or mug; add approximately 2-3 oz of hot water. Let it fizz, then stir until dissolved. Fill with warm or cold water and enjoy. You can also simply add Natural Vitality CALM® to a glass or bottle of cold water.
