As a dietary supplement, adults take one (1) tablet daily with any meal. If necessary increase to two (2) tablets daily, one (1) in the morning and one (1) in the evening, or as directed by a healthcare provider. Daily dosage may vary based on individual needs. Cellulose, polyvinylpyrrolidone, stearic acid. Contains <2% of: Magnesium silicate, magnesium stearate, polyethylene glycol, polyplasdone, polyvinyl alcohol, titanium dioxide. Contains shellfish (shrimp, crab, lobster, crayfish). No added sugar, yeast, preservatives or artificial flavors.
