It is naturally found in high concentrations in muscles and nerve tissues and its levels are known to decrease with age. Carnosine protects cell and tissue structures during the aging process through its free-radical neutralizing and membrane-stabilizing functions.
Take 1 capsule 1 to 3 times daily, preferably with food.
