As a dietary supplement, adults take three (3) softgels daily with any meal or as directed by a healthcare provider. Do not exceed recommended dosage. Individual results may vary.
Gelatin, glycerin, water. Contains <2% of: Ammonium hydroxide, ethylcellulose, medium chain triglycerides, mixed tocopherols, oleic acid, sodium alginate, stearic acid, vanillin. Contains soy and fish (anchovy, cod, herring, mackerel, salmon, sardine, sprat) ingredients. No added sugar, salt, yeast or artificial colors.
If pregnant, nursing, taking any medications (especially blood thinners), planning any medical or surgical procedure or have any medical condition, consult a doctor before use. Discontinue use and contact a doctor if any adverse reactions occur. Keep out of reach of children. Do not use if product appears to be tampered with or seal is broken. Store at room temperature.
