Replace lid \u0026amp; continue boiling for 10 minutes \u003cbr data-mce-fragment=\"1\"\u003e\u003cbr data-mce-fragment=\"1\"\u003e3 - Turn off stove \u0026amp; scrape down sides of pot with spatula \u0026amp; stir mixture thoroughly, replace lid. \u003cbr data-mce-fragment=\"1\"\u003e\u003cbr data-mce-fragment=\"1\"\u003e4 - Allow pot to remain closed for 12 hours, then stove to highest setting \u0026amp; heat to almost boiling, approximately 20 minutes (Do not let mixture boil). \u003cbr data-mce-fragment=\"1\"\u003e\u003cbr data-mce-fragment=\"1\"\u003e5 - Turn off stove. Strain liquid into 3 gallon pot. Clean 4 gallon pot \u0026amp; strainer. Then filter liquid back into 4 gallon pot. \u003cbr data-mce-fragment=\"1\"\u003e\u003cbr data-mce-fragment=\"1\"\u003e6 - Use funnel to pour hot liquid into sterilized bottles immediately, taking care to tighten caps. Allow bottle to cool; then tighten caps again. \u003cbr data-mce-fragment=\"1\"\u003e\u003cbr data-mce-fragment=\"1\"\u003e7 - Refrigerate. Essiac contains no preservative agents. (If mold should develop in bottle, discard immediately) \u003cbr data-mce-fragment=\"1\"\u003e\u003cbr data-mce-fragment=\"1\"\u003e8 - Shake bottle of Essiac. Take 4 Tablespoon (2 ounces) of Essiac Twice per day. Morning; you can eat 5 minute after taking the Essiac. Bedtime; on an empty stomach, at least 2 hours after eating. \u003cbr data-mce-fragment=\"1\"\u003e\u003cbr data-mce-fragment=\"1\"\u003eInfusion or Tea - Use 1 teaspoon of cut herb (C Formula \"Essiac Tea\") per cup of distilled water. Bring water to a boil, remove from the heat source, then add the applicable amount of herb to the water. Cover \u0026amp; allow to steep for at least 20 minutes (longer for stronger tea). Bring to a boil \u0026amp; gently simmer for about 20-30 minutes. Drain off the liquid while hot \u0026amp; press the herbs to make sure that the decoction is fully extracted. Decoctions are strong.
